GGRC Novice Adult Rowing

You’ve completed your Learn to Row program and now you’re wondering….what do I do now?

Continue your rowing journey by signing up to row with GGRC Novice Adult Rowing! You learned the basics and we’ll continue your rowing journey by working to fine tune your stroke and setting goals to help you engage your competitive spirit. Here’s what you can expect…

  • Practices are two days a week. When you register you select if you wish to row in the morning or evening. Classes will be held on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

  • Coaching that will bring in more technical aspects of rowing to get you moving more and more as one unit.

  • Increasing the rating! You’ve been rowing at lower ratings and now we’ll set up practice plans so you may grow as a rower.
