GGRC Winter Training
The "on the water" season is over...now what do you do?
GGRC has Winter Training Sessions to keep you in shape over the winter and help you gain the conditioning you need for a successful year!
For the 2016/2017 Winter, GGRC will once again be holding our trainings at St. Ann's in Somerville. The outline for our Winter Training is very easy to follow. We have a morning and and evening session. The mornings are held every MWF from 5:30am-7:00am and our evenings are held every MWTh from 6:30pm-8:00pm. The Monday practices are coached and the coaches will provide a workout plan for the other 2 days of the week.
Participants should expect to also do some circuit work and some work with weights as well.
Each monthly "session" costs $55 or you can sign up for all 5 for $225. This represents a savings of $50 or $10 a month!

- OFF WEEK - December 26 - December 30
- Session 3 - January 2 - January 27
- Session 4 - January 30 - February 24
- Session 5 - February 27 - March 24

GGRC will also be setting up group workouts at Harvard Stadium to do the stairs, Yoga at St. Ann's, Circuit work at St. Ann's, and other group workouts.
